Copy-paste excel data without changing the content
Here's what I usually do in that circumstance....
From the ribbon:
Home.Find&Select.Replace
...Find what: =
...Replace with: |=
...Click: Replace_All
That will prepend every equal sign with a pipe character.
Now you can copy and paste whatever you want...since all formulas are now text.
When done:
Home.Find&Select.Replace
...Find what: |=
...Replace with: =
...Click: Replace_All
